Nonprofit & exhibitor booths

Universities, charities and exhibitors are not food or merch vendors — a different fee, no commission, and an agreement that says so. If you intend to take money at the table, use the vendor application instead.

Which are you

Apply — Nonprofit

A nonprofit booth is an outreach space, not a retail space.

Sign-ups, information, a demonstration, a giveaway — this becomes what you're approved for.
Will you hand out or sell anything?

Nonprofit & Exhibitor Booth Agreement
No sales
This track does not sell. You may give away literature, branded items and food samples under 2 oz, and you may collect donations if you are a verified 501(c)(3). A booth found selling is closed for the weekend and the fee is kept.
Cost & cancellation
The booth fee is charged on approval, not on application. It is not refunded if you cancel or do not attend. You may transfer the booth to another team from your own organization by emailing the names in advance.
What this fee buys
One 8 ft. table, two chairs, a marked booth space for both days, and your organization named on the festival map. Additional tables are $20 each; power is $35 per booth per weekend.
Placement
Nonprofit and exhibitor booths sit along the main path between the stages rather than in Vendor Row. Placement is assigned by the festival, not chosen.

If you cancel or don't show, the fee stays with the festival. You may send a different team in your place — email us and we'll change the record.
