Uprise Festival 2027

All vendors must fill out this application to be recognized as an official Uprise Festival vendor. Unregistered vendors will be asked to leave. Booth holders are chosen by product fit and benefit to festival spectators. Applications close three days before the event, or when space runs out.

Uprise Festival reserves the right to inspect, approve, or deny any literature or materials sold, displayed, or distributed. Booths may only promote or sell items noted on this application, from your organization only.

Booth space is $550, including two free admission wristbands (additional staff admission $25 each). If you cancel, your deposit is retained in full.

Each vendor receives one 8 ft. table and two chairs. Additional tables are $20 each. Booths must be staffed by your own team; Uprise Festival is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property, and assumes no responsibility for taxes — vendors collect all applicable taxes themselves.

Modest dress and conduct is expected at all times. Smoking, alcohol, illegal drugs, and profane or rowdy behavior are not tolerated on the fairgrounds. Uprise Festival may close a booth at any time for non-compliance or for damaging the festival's image.

Vendors enter through Gate #3, downhill from the Main Gate, behind the Hip Hop stage. After setup, vendor vehicles must move to the vendor lot; extra vehicles park across the street.

Setup runs 11:00am–3:00pm Friday, after checking in with the Vendor Supervisor. You'll be assigned a booth area — do not encroach on neighboring sites. Ready for customers by 2:30pm Friday, 9:00am Saturday, and noon Sunday.

Keep your area free of litter; trash receptacles line the vendor area. Booths must stay set up until at least 9:00pm with no exceptions, and vendors clean their own area at teardown.
